I agree with your sentiments about Gradkowski. I believe if we give him an opportunity, he may well flourish in our system. He's accurate, and building chemistry with our receivers. For me, its still too early to say whether cable is not the answer at coach. Though, I may not have agreed with some of cables moves or play calls , it does seem to be working for Gradkowski. Which leads me to my idea that maybe cable is the answer and the whole time its not his "scheme" that has been failing but its the personnel. Its easy to say run more and do this or that but at times during the season when the raiders did what we thought they should have done then there was no production. Now, Louis Murphy realizes he can come in during the week and watch film so he will continue to play. We finally sat DHB. We seem more in sync and our line more healthy than before. If our line can hold up then there is a possibility that the raiders will win AT LEAST 2 of the last four games if not all 4. They just need to stay hungry and not get too cocky like they have everytime we play well. If the line can hold up then we will be fine. The big reason why Dallas beat us was because we couldn't stop the pass rush.
Overall, I think you have good ideas. I do think though that your argument about Quinn is a bit off. From what I know about Quinn, he doesn't have a very strong arm. That's why Braylon Edwards was not really used at all with Quinn (and why they traded him) because Braylon spreads the field. Also, Quinn has had 2 very successful games (this week against SD and 2 weeks before against Detroit). The reason I bring that up is because even though the other game was against detroit,(the way Jamarcus has been playing) Jamarcus would not have went off on Detroit. Anyways, if you saw the game with Quinn against SD you would have noticed a lot of short passes (slants, check downs, the safe stuff). With Jamarcus it was big play all the time (throw into double, triple coverage, etc).Thankfully, with Gradkowski you get a lot of the short stuff and check downs but he does take calculated risks. He throws high risk bombs when he has to or when the coverage shows it (i.e. Louis Murphy over and over

).
As a final note, I want Cable to be the answer, and if we bring in Trestman then let him be the Offensive Coordinator I guess but too much change is what has been hurting the raiders. They can't beginning to have consistency at winning until they have consistency at coaching and work ethic. (last last idea, Gradkowski is a much harder worker than Jamarcus)
