Raiders sell out home opener vs Jets

The Raiders have sold out their home opener against the New York Jets this Sunday, according to multiple sources. This is great news for the Raiders who are hoping to gain some home field advantage in Oakland. Fans across the Raider Nation are calling for everyone who comes to the game to wear black to “blackout” the stadium.

This will be the first regular season home game in the newly named O.co stadium. It is also the first game the Raiders have played at home since the second week of the preseason, which was over a month ago.

“We haven’t been home in four weeks,” said Jason Campbell. “I hear we got a sold out crowd so that’s exciting. I think our fans respect the way we are playing.”

The Raiders played well on both sides of the ball in their season opening win in Denver. The offense then took it up a notch in week two, despite losing a tough one in Buffalo. Now the Raiders will look to rebound at home against a tough Jets team. The Raiders had hoped to head into their two game home stand at 2-0 but after the late loss, they are now at 1-1 with two very difficult home games ahead against the Jets and Patriots. Having a full house is more important than ever.

The high demand for the home opener makes it the most expensive home game of the season. But even with the sell out and the high prices, we always have tickets available through Darkside Tickets and TiqIQ. And just in time for this game, TiqIQ has introduced the “Make an Offer” feature.

This allows you to simply make an offer, and if the seller likes the offer, you get the tickets. So instead of simply buying tickets for what the seller is asking, you can negotiate. We give you five different zones to choose seats, you pick a zone and make a bid. Simple as that.

For this week’s game, check out one-star deals, which are upper-level seats behind the Raiders bench. Those tickets list for $56; however, TiqIQ recommends offering $35, which is a pretty big discount especially when you consider these deals carry NO FEES. It also makes them the cheapest option in the market.  If you want tickets and you only have a certain amount to spend on them, take a shot at it. Or if you know what tickets go for elsewhere, try this route first and you may just end up paying a lot less for your tickets. Just click the green IQ button below and check it out.

Or you can head over to Dark Side Tickets

and see what other deals we got going on.
